The generic content of the Festival is the same at every celebration of ephemeral arts that are created by a wide range of artists. What is changed at every presentation is the Festival theme. Starting as a generic concept, the Festival has been given different identities to make it interesting and also responsive to creative interpretation of ephemeral work of different artists.
